These Terms of Use govern your use of AAFHQ — the directory, the Clarity Hub, the Marketplace, and every other part of the platform. By using AAFHQ, you agree to them.
1. The Directory
AAFHQ lists financial companies that have passed our verification process. Verification confirms business legitimacy details — it is not an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation of any company, product, or outcome. You remain responsible for evaluating any company before doing business with it.
2. Company Listings
Companies listed on AAFHQ are responsible for the accuracy of their own information. Placement and visibility upgrades are paid products; verification itself is earned through our legitimacy scan, never purchased. Paid placement never changes a company's verification status or consumer reviews.
3. Accounts & Payments
Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Business subscriptions are billed through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us.
4. Acceptable Use
Don't misuse AAFHQ: no scraping, spam, fraudulent listings, fake reviews, or attempts to game verification. We may remove content, listings, or accounts that violate these terms or the spirit of consumer trust the platform is built on.
5. Disclaimers & Liability
AAFHQ is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAFHQ is not liable for decisions you make based on directory listings, educational content, or tools on the platform.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of AAFHQ after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
